Boarders share stall cleaning, turn in, turn out, and feeding. Boarders must cover a minimum of 2 days per month.

• 10’x12’ rubber-matted stall cleaned daily
• Wash stall with hot/cold running water (3 seasons)
• Heated indoor restroom facility
• Heated kitchen with microwave and refrigerator
• Tack room
• Use of 200′ x 80′ lighted outdoor with sand and stone dust footing
• Use of 140′ x 70′ indoor with sand and clay footing
• Daily group turn out on grass pastures (weather permitting)
• Grain fed 2x/day
• Hay (up to 30 pounds per day)
• Supplements fed once per day (owner provided)
• Short trails on property
• Lessons available on site or bring your own instructor with proof of insurance (Windswept Stables must be listed as also insured) and additional ring fee.
