Partial Care: Boarder cleans their own stall daily

Shared Care: Boarders share stall cleaning, covering at least one day each week.

Included in board:

• 10’x12’ rubber-matted stall with window
• Wash stall with hot/cold running water (3 seasons)
• Heated indoor restroom facility
• Heated kitchen with microwave and refrigerator
• Tack room
• Use of 200′ x 80′ lighted outdoor
• Use of 140′ x 70′ indoor
• Daily turn out on grass pastures (weather permitting)
• Grain 2x/day
• Hay
• Supplements fed once per day (owner provided)
• Short trails on property
